OLW Rules

Playing Rules

OLW uses a modified version of the United Wiffle playing rules. We will deviate with the following exceptions;

• Teams will play a three-game series of three-inning games on each game day;

• The 4 balls, 2 strikes count will be used;

• Pitchers will be limited to six regulation innings per three-game series;

• Games will be played until their conclusion with no runners placed on bases.

• Regular season games will be declared a tie after six-innings;

• There will be no advancing the runners on wild pitches; a wild pitch that misses the backstop will just be a ball.

Playoff Format

• All teams make the playoffs.

• The Top 2 seeds will receive a bye

• All playoff series will be a best-of-three series.

Roster Rules

• A maximum of seven players can be rostered.

• No roster moves will be allowed after the conclusion of Week 3 of the season.
